Mr. Zubin Saxena

Zubin Saxena serves as Vice President with the Consulting and Valuation division of the HVS, New York. Zubin has extensive experience in performing hotel feasibility studies, asset analysis, valuations and appraisals of proposed and existing lodging developments. He has evaluated and analyzed the financial performance of a wide variety of lodging asset classes, ranging from Luxury Resorts, Upscale Full-Service Hotels, Focused-Service Hotels, Limited-Service Hotels and Mixed-Use developments. Zubin's consulting experience ranges from individual assets, to formulating global expansion strategies for prominent international luxury hotel brands. Zubin also works very closely with Steve Rushmore and specializes in the area of Hotel Management Contract Negotiations. Zubin received his MBA from the School of Business and Management, University of Glasgow, UK, graduating first-class with distinction. He also holds a Bachelors in Business Administration from Pondicherry University, India and a Diploma in Hotel Management from the National Council for Hotel Management, New Delhi, India.
