  • Our Managing Director, Rod Clough, is an MAI and has been working in the hotel industry for nearly 20 years. Rod and his staff maintain appraisal certification in nearly all 50 states.

  • All consulting and valuation associates are college educated and are pursuing additional certified valuation training; all associates have hotel operations experience. Our hotel appraisers and hotel consultants have worked in a variety of hospitality management positions from front desk, to housekeeping, to sales and marketing; this type of background gives our staff an intimate knowledge of how a hotel works and how a hotel should perform within its market. We have worked for hotel companies such as Marriott and Hilton, among others.
     
  • Our services include expert reviews of property tax assessments tailored to the hotel industry. An accurate, up-to-date valuation of a hotel's real property assessment takes current market conditions into account to help hoteliers make reductions in this costly expense category.
