The HVS Assignment
HVS Sales & Marketing Services began its work with the former Ramada Hotel in Westchester, NY in 2002. The hotel owner asked HVS to assist the new sales director to understand Travelclick reports, advertising opportunities on the GDS, yield management, and capitalizing on marketing opportunities offered by the corporate brand. HVS was brought back in 2003 and again in 2004 in a similar capacity, but most notably to assist the sales team in preparing for the conversion and renovation of the hotel during its rebranding to the Radisson. Going forward, HVS also assisted Radisson in developing new brochures, GDS advertising, and corporate promotional opportunities to launch the new hotel.
Results
HVS has established a comfortable relationship with the hotel's sales team, which continues to seek information and guidance on an on-going basis.
